Retscreen AS provides new infrastructure and health services for regular retinal
examinations for diabetic retinopathy. Retscreen AS is a medical outpatient department
located in Bodø. We have configured the system as a central call-in unit responsible for

managing all patient-related aspects. Our local partners are integrated into our system
through encrypted cameras, securely connected to our database within the Norwegian
Health Network.
Retscreen AS has an agreement with the Regional Health Authority to deliver service. Helfo
approves the system; standard rules apply to patient travel and payment. For how this
